His over two decades long association and experience with plastics has been acknowledged and he has been rightly appointed as an integral part of the advisory board of many international exhibitions held worldwide. He serves as a committee member for Environment and Plastic Image Committee, PlastIndia Foundation; and is an advisory member of Indian Plastics Institute (IPI).

In a world that was rapidly changing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ginu Joseph and his team rose to the challenge. As the lockdown began, Ginu became the first one to launch a webinar series, setting a trend that would later become a staple for the industry. On the third day of the lockdown, Modern Plastics India hosted its first webinar, and the response was overwhelming, with over 500 industry professionals attending each session. This bold move not only kept the industry connected but also set the stage for a new era of digital engagement in the industry.
